Forbidden Cities Productions is a start-up independent production company based based in Kent, England, founded in 2024 by Fernando González Mitjáns and Daniella Rice. We craft documentaries, television, and digital productions that bridge languages and continents, with a particular focus on stories from Latin America.

Together, our previous credits include documentary films and series for international broadcasters and streaming platforms, such as BBC, Netflix, Disney, HBOMax, VICE. 

We’re developing a slate of exciting new projects, driven by our passion for powerful, human storytelling. From the UK to the world, we want to share universal stories that connect audiences across cultures.
